Hypertension
Heart attack
Stroke
High Blood Pressure

Helps to reduce symptoms of neuralgia and rheumatism.
Stimulates enzymes that act as a natural laxative.
Strengthens immune system function.
Increases IGA in saliva for protection of what goes into our mouth.
Decreases the production of cortisol in the body which is a stress hormone.
Enhances digestion.
Stimulates enzymes that helps protect us from stomach ulcers.
Increases our breathing rate which increases oxygen to our brain, air to our lungs and body.
Clears mucus from the lungs.
Energizes us to be creative by stimulating the brain.
Boosts endorphin levels which act as our bodies natural pain killer.  Laughter is 100 times more potent than any morphine we can  make synthetically

What else do endorphins do for us?

Strengthens the natural killer cells that patrol the body and take out any pre-cancerous or cancerous cells.
Serves as an ALL OVER TONIC that takes away our stress

Laughter and Healing

Laughter releases catecholamines together with adrenaline and noradrenaline.  This enhances blood flow, reduces inflammation, speeds up the healing process and heightens the overall arousal of the body.
