Risatel – Laughter Hotline – Meet Oscar and Celeste

We recently discovered this wonderful site called Risatel. They have a Laughter Hotline where you can call up and share a laughter session one-on-one or in a group. Oscar left a beautiful comment on my site and thats how I found out about them.

oscar_celeste-medium.jpgThey are lovely people and are giving you a chance to have direct contact with laughter. Sometimes we just need to break our pattern of depression and negativity, and laughter is the best way to do it!

To find out more about them and what they can do for you, visit their website at www.risatel.es, and have a chat to either Oscar or Celeste.

Relaxing Videos – Music to assist stress management

As we started creating this blog, we quickly realized from feedback that people (thats you) were not only wanting to laugh but to deal with stress in their lives.

So we hatched the idea of including some of the relaxation music as videos that you can watch and then there will be a link where you can buy the full album as a download from the record label store.

We hope you enjoy them and that they compliment our aim to bring you many ways to manage stress and create more laughter and happiness in your life! Let us know what you think…
